Seasonal Pricing
Seasonal pricing is charging a different nightly rate for the same rental depending on the time of year - higher during peak demand (summer, holidays, festivals) and lower in the off-season. It’s set as date-range overrides on top of a default rate, rather than one fixed price applied year-round.
A seasonal pricing override typically covers a start date, end date, and a replacement nightly rate, and can often also override the minimum stay for that same range - a longer minimum during a high-demand week, for instance.
Overrides apply only within their date range; every date outside a configured override falls back to the rental’s default rate and default minimum stay.
Why it matters for hosts
RentalBeam Pro lets hosts add date-range overrides for the nightly rate and minimum stay, so a peak-season week can carry a higher rate and a longer minimum stay while every other date keeps the default. It’s configured on the Pricing tab of booking settings, alongside fees and discounts.
