iCal Sync
Keep your availability accurate across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and any iCal source.
How it works
An iCal link is a web address your Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com listing publishes that lists its booked dates. RentalBeam reads it on a schedule.
RentalBeam fetches each connected iCal feed on a regular schedule and marks those dates as booked or blocked in your calendar widget. Guests visiting your website always see up-to-date availability without any manual updates from you.
Dates blocked by any connected source show as unavailable. If a date is blocked on Airbnb and available on VRBO, it shows as blocked - the most restrictive state wins.
Adding an iCal source
In the dashboard, open the Home tab and open your rental’s row, then go to Details & sync. Click Add iCal source and paste the URL. RentalBeam validates the feed and begins syncing immediately.
