How it works
RentalBeam fetches each connected iCal feed on a regular schedule and marks those dates as booked or blocked in your calendar widget. Guests visiting your website always see up-to-date availability without any manual updates from you.
Dates blocked by any connected source show as unavailable. If a date is blocked on Airbnb and available on VRBO, it shows as blocked - the most restrictive state wins.
Adding an iCal source
In the dashboard, go to Rentals, open your rental, then navigate to Sync. Click Add iCal source and paste the URL. RentalBeam validates the feed and begins syncing immediately.
The free plan includes 1 iCal source per rental. Plus and Pro plans support multiple sources per rental.
