Appearance
Make the booking flow look like your brand. One appearance setting styles the booking form, the hosted payment page, and guest-facing booking emails.
A guest who lands on your booking form should feel like they are still on your website. Appearance is what does that: your logo at the top, your color on the buttons and the selected dates, your own wording on the title and the message they see after they book. The same logo and color follow them onto the hosted payment page and into every booking email you send, so the whole journey looks like one business rather than three.
Where to find it
Open the dashboard, go to Bookings, and open your booking settings - the Widget tab opens first, with a live preview, your embed code, and every appearance setting below them. Changes apply to your embedded widget automatically - no embed code changes needed.
Brand
Upload a logo and pick an accent color. The accent color is the single setting that keeps the whole guest journey consistent: it styles the booking form widget on your website, the hosted payment page guests open from payment links, and the guest-facing booking emails (booking confirmed, payment received). Clear the accent color at any time to return to the default styling.
Font
Pick a font from a curated set of system-font stacks - zero webfont downloads, so it never slows your page down. See Fonts for the full list.
Titles and messages
Set the booking form title and booking form subtitle shown at the top of the widget, plus the booking request success message and payment success message guests see after submitting. Use them to set expectations - for example, how quickly you reply to requests.
Send guests to your own page afterwards
Next to the success messages is an optional redirect: a page on your own site to send guests to once they finish booking, instead of leaving them on the confirmation message. Enter a path on your site (/thank-you) or its full address - it has to be your own site, so a link anywhere else is ignored. Leave it empty and guests just stay on the confirmation message above.
Security deposit notice
Under Bookings - Booking settings - Guests & Policies, the Security deposit field shows guests an amount and a short notice. The notice is informational only - it is never charged through the widget. Pick Standardfor the default wording, a preset like "Collected at pick-up" or "Cash on arrival", or write your own. Choose No notice to show just the amount with no message, or clear the amount to hide the deposit entirely.
Standard and the two presets appear in each guest’s own language; a notice you write yourself is shown exactly as typed. The same rule applies to the cancellation policy and everything else on the widget - see Languages.
