Getting your iCal URL from each platform

Airbnb
  1. 1Go to your Airbnb listing.
  2. 2Open Calendar - Availability settings.
  3. 3Scroll to Sync calendars and click Export calendar.
  4. 4Copy the iCal URL shown.
VRBO / Vrbo
  1. 1Open your VRBO listing dashboard.
  2. 2Go to Calendar - Import/Export.
  3. 3Click Export and copy the iCal link.
Booking.com
  1. 1Log in to the Booking.com extranet.
  2. 2Go to Calendar - Sync.
  3. 3Find the Export section and copy your iCal URL.
Any iCal-compatible source
  1. 1Find the iCal or ICS export URL in the platform's calendar or settings.
  2. 2The URL typically ends in .ics.
  3. 3Paste it into RentalBeam.

Sync frequency

RentalBeam refreshes connected iCal feeds automatically. Exact timing can vary with each platform's own iCal cache, but your imported availability refreshes at most every 30 minutes.

When a guest books an instant pay-in-widget reservation, the booking widget also re-checks your live availability at the moment they confirm, so a stay just booked on another platform is caught before the reservation is accepted.

To force an immediate refresh, open your calendar in the dashboard and click Sync now on the Sync tab.
