Embed on Carrd
Add an Embed element, set Type to Code, and paste the script snippet. Needs Carrd Pro Standard or higher.

Script embed (recommended)
Before you start
You need your embed code first. In the RentalBeam dashboard, open the rental, choose Calendar or Map in its side menu, and copy the code from the Embed code section. Step by step: the calendar embed guide, or the booking widget embed guide if you are embedding the booking form.
Availability calendar
- 1Open your site in the Carrd builder
- 2Add an Embed element where guests should check dates
- 3Set Type to Code and Style to Inline, then paste the RentalBeam calendar script snippet
- 4Publish the site and check the live page, because embeds do not show in the builder
- -Embeds need Carrd Pro Standard or higher. On a free site the Embed element is not available.
- -Paste the snippet exactly as RentalBeam gives it to you. Carrd warns that a mistake in embedded code can leave the published page blank.
- -Embeds show only on the published site, so a blank space in the builder is normal.
Booking form
- 1Open the page where guests should send booking requests
- 2Add an Embed element at that spot
- 3Set Type to Code and Style to Inline, then paste the RentalBeam booking widget script snippet
- 4Publish, then send a test inquiry from the live page on a computer and a phone
- -Embeds need Carrd Pro Standard or higher.
- -Put the form right below your calendar so guests can check dates and book in one place.
- -Send one real test inquiry from the published page to confirm the email reaches you.
