Script embed (recommended)
Before you start
You need your embed code first. In the RentalBeam dashboard, open the rental, choose Calendar or Map in its side menu, and copy the code from the Embed code section. Step by step: the calendar embed guide, or the booking widget embed guide if you are embedding the booking form.
Availability calendar
- 1Open the page in the Duda editor
- 2In the side panel choose Add, then Elements, search for HTML, and drag the HTML widget into its own row or column
- 3Open the widget's code and paste the RentalBeam calendar script snippet
- 4Publish, then check the calendar on the preview or the live page
- -Custom code needs a Duda Team plan or higher. If an agency built your site, ask them to add the widget.
- -Give the HTML widget a column of its own, as Duda recommends for custom code.
- -Judge the result on the preview or the live page rather than inside the editor.
Booking form
- 1Open the page where guests should send booking requests
- 2Choose Add, then Elements, search for HTML, and drag the HTML widget into its own row
- 3Open the widget's code and paste the RentalBeam booking widget script snippet
- 4Publish, then send a test inquiry from the live page on a computer and a phone
- -Custom code needs a Duda Team plan or higher.
- -Keep the form in its own row so neighboring columns do not squeeze it on a phone.
- -Send one real test inquiry from the published page to confirm the email reaches you.
