Script embed (recommended)
Before you start
You need your embed code first. In the RentalBeam dashboard, open the rental, choose Calendar or Map in its side menu, and copy the code from the Embed code section. Step by step: the calendar embed guide, or the booking widget embed guide if you are embedding the booking form.
Availability calendar
- 1Open the page where guests should check dates in the Mozello editor
- 2Place the caret in the content section where the widget should go and click Insert Code on the toolbar
- 3Paste the RentalBeam calendar script snippet
- 4Open your live site and check the calendar there
- -Mozello allows iframes as well as scripts, so the iframe snippet is a fallback.
- -If the calendar does not appear, paste the iframe snippet in the same way instead.
Booking form
- 1Open the page where guests should send booking requests in the Mozello editor
- 2Place the caret in the content section where the widget should go and click Insert Code on the toolbar
- 3Paste the RentalBeam booking widget script snippet
- 4Open your live site and send a test inquiry on a computer and a phone
- -Mozello allows iframes as well as scripts, so the iframe snippet is a fallback.
- -If the form does not appear, paste the iframe snippet in the same way instead.
- -Send one real test inquiry from the published site to confirm the email reaches you.
