Embed on Square Online
Add an Embed code section, paste the iframe snippet, and publish. Needs Square Online Plus or Premium.

Iframe embed (recommended)
Before you start
You need your embed code first. In the RentalBeam dashboard, open the rental, choose Calendar or Map in its side menu, and copy the code from the Embed code section. Step by step: the calendar embed guide, or the booking widget embed guide if you are embedding the booking form.
Availability calendar
- 1In Square Dashboard, go to Channels, then Square Online, choose Website, and click Edit site
- 2Open the page where guests should check dates, click Add, then Section, and choose Embed code
- 3Select Embed code in the editing panel and paste the RentalBeam calendar iframe snippet into the text box
- 4Publish your site and check the calendar on the live page
- -The Embed code section is for Square Online Plus and Premium.
- -Paste the whole snippet. If nothing shows, check that none of it was cut off, then publish again.
Booking form
- 1In Square Dashboard, go to Channels, then Square Online, choose Website, and click Edit site
- 2Open the page where guests should send booking requests, click Add, then Section, and choose Embed code
- 3Select Embed code in the editing panel and paste the RentalBeam booking widget iframe snippet into the text box
- 4Publish your site, then send a test inquiry from the live page on a computer and a phone
- -The Embed code section is for Square Online Plus and Premium.
- -Use the full booking form, not the compact search bar, since an iframe cannot open the form over the rest of the page.
- -Paste the whole snippet. If nothing shows, check that none of it was cut off, then publish again.
- -Send one real test inquiry from the published site to confirm the email reaches you.
